Colleen started Puddle Duck in 1989 in order to provide a quality, nurturing, learning environment for her own son. She is director certified through D.E.E.C., and is on her 25th year as owner of Puddle Duck. Colleen has two grown sons that both graduated from Kindergarten at Puddle Duck. Colleen wants each child to leave Puddle Duck with self confidence-especially in social situations, and the ability to problem solve. To reach this goal Colleen works with each teacher to ensure that they plan an age-appropriate but challenging curriculum. Colleen feels it is crucial for the staff to know each child's personality and manage their behaviors appropriately so that each child is successful. Colleen introduced sign language into our program over five years ago to help with child confidence and classroom management.

Brittany Lupo
Owner & Director
Brittany has been at Puddle Duck since 2008. She was an assistant teacher during college to get her business degree, then became lead teacher certified from infants - preschool. Brittany received her directors I and II certification through Fisher College in 2020. While children are attending Puddle Duck, Brittany wants each child to leave with self confidence-especially in social situations, and the ability to problem solve. To reach this goal Brittany works with each teacher to ensure that they plan an age-appropriate but challenging curriculum. Brittany feels it is crucial for the staff to know each child's personality and manage their behaviors appropriately so that each child is successful. Brittany became the new owner of Puddle Duck Daycare in August 2021 and looks forward to continuing Puddle Ducks legacy that is so well known.
